This blog will feature daily posts relating to Microsoft Dynamics CRM, which despite many nay-sayers is quite a capable Customer Relationship Management solution. Is it perfect? Of course not…but having been through a few other CRM solutions over the years as a consultant, I can tell you that Dynamics CRM is a solid contender.

I’m Don Panek and I’ve been implementing, developing, and customizing Dynamics CRM for clients with businesses of all types and sizes. Companies ranging from 5 CRM users to 300+. All types of verticals from Architect & Engineering, Realtors, Professional Sports, Retail and Point of Sale companies, to Advertising and everything in between.

I’ve been working with CRM Solutions for nearly 5 years and have been implementing Microsoft CRM since its inception. I’m Certified by Microsoft and have over 20 years of software development experience.

Working with Dynamics CRM has been a love/hate relationship most of the time, and I’ve learned many tricks as well as found solutions and work arounds to many problems and short comings of the system.

I hope to be able to share this knowledge with other consultants and implementers to help make their implementations easier.
