Industry leaders work together to ensure software interoperability and help educate and support managed service providers (MSPs) 

BELLEVUE, Neb., MARCH 19, 2007 — Tigerpaw Software, Inc., a leading developer of IT business management software, and N-able Technologies®, a leading provider of managed services software and business transformation services for resellers, with both companies servicing small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), announced today a formal alliance designed to provide MSPs with the technology integration, as well as the education and support, necessary to successfully sell and deploy managed services.  

The strategic alliance follows an interoperability effort completed in Fall 2006 which linked Tigerpaw CRM+, an end-to-end IT operations management solution, and N-able’s N-central® platform. Tigerpaw CRM+ features Managed Services Integrator, which provides MSPs with a configurable tool to monitor and route incoming emails and auto-generate service orders, which is designed to accept and respond to transmissions generated by N-able’s N-central. According to executives at both companies, this alliance will enable MSPs to reap greater benefits from their products’ integration by providing joint education and marketing materials including webinars and whitepapers.
