ESP Ranked in Small to Mid-Size and Large Enterprise Categories

JupiterResearch’s e-mail service provider evaluation details the offerings of 28 vendors and ranks their overall value, suitability, and breadth on the distinct needs of three types of marketers: service-oriented, small-/midsize-business and large-enterprise.

Its most recent release reinforces its easy-to-use interface by adding an improved template, content management and image resizing tools,” according to the report, authored by analyst David Daniels.
The report also recognizes ExactTarget’s leadership in interfacing with salesforce.com. ExactTarget is “particularly well-suited for salesforce.com users. Its application completely integrates with salesforce.com, including an ExactTarget tab that allows users to control needed functionality from within the application,” noted the study.
