Pervasive Software Extends Integration to the RightNow CX Cloud Platform

Joint Data Integration Capabilities Speed Customer Deployments

Pervasive Data Integrator™ connectivity, via open APIs in RightNow Connect, gives RightNow clients the ability to rapidly and reliably connect to a full range of on-premises and hosted applications and data sources.

The recently launched RightNow CX Cloud Platform gives Pervasive access to RightNow CX, the customer experience suite, through an open, standards-based API that supports SOAP 1.1, WSDL 1.1 and WS-I Basic Profile 1.1. Pervasive in turn offers connectivity to applications and data sources ranging from cutting-edge SaaS applications to well-established ERP systems. Together, Pervasive and RightNow give companies access via RightNow CX to critical customer data in accounting, CRM, marketing automation and ERP systems to help users develop, rapidly execute, and manage a comprehensive customer experience.
