Spring 2010 Release Adds Onboarding, Employee Management, and “Chatter”
SAN FRANCISCO--Jobscience today announced the release of the first unified talent management solution available on salesforce.com’s AppExchange2. Jobscience’s TalentCloud2 now includes recruiting, onboarding and employee management modules to help firms find, onboard, and retain the most highly qualified employees.

Available immediately, the Spring 2010 Release of TalentCloud2 adds two new main modules as well as over 100 customer-requested additions and enhancements, including:
- Jobscience Recruiting – Candidate Sourcing Portal including Candidate Self-Service & applicant tracking
- Jobscience Onboarding – legally compliant forms-based processing of W4s, I9s, and other new-hire documents
- Jobscience Managing – an easy-to-use Manager’s Desktop to hire, fire, promote, reward, and transfer employees
- Chatter-Ready – all of Jobscience’s applications support salesforce.com’s social collaboration application

The TalentCloud2 Spring 2010 Release is the fourth major release of Jobscience’s unified Talent Platform. Pricing and availability
The Jobscience TalentCloud2 Suite is available immediately, and can be licensed in its entirety, or by selected applications. Pricing is based on number of users on an annual basis.
