NEW YORK--Knoa, the leader in End-User Experience Management software, today announced that two of its award-winning end-user experience management solutions, Knoa Experience and Performance Manager (EPM) and Knoa Global End-User Monitor (GEM) have been certified within the Dell ISV Partner Program for Client End-User Experience Monitoring. Dell customers will be able to license these Knoa products through the Dell S&P (Software and Peripherals) organization.

The Dell ISV Partner Program is focused on simplifying the management of disparate infrastructure platforms, applications and IT services. Certification demonstrates to Dell customers worldwide that Knoa’s EPM and GEM solutions have passed Dell’s rigorous testing, meeting the company’s standards of certification for Dell Precision™ workstations, OptiPlex™ desktops and Latitude™ laptops/notebooks.
