RONKONKOMA, N.Y.--VAI (Vormittag Associates, Inc.) is proud to announce the appointment of Eileen Almonte as marketing coordinator in its sales and marketing department. In this role, Almonte will oversee VAI’s event coordination and implementation projects, develop strategic marketing plans and garner healthy business relationships with its customers and industry partners, including IBM. VAI is a leader in enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions for the distribution, manufacturing, retail and service industries, and an IBM Premier Business Partner.

As Marketing Coordinator for VAI, Almonte will provide support for the entire sales and marketing team. Prior to this position, Almonte served as an Account Executive at Quinn & Co. in New York. During her nearly five years at Quinn & Co., Almonte executed many high-level projects relating to the PR and marketing fields. Additionally, Almonte is well versed in social media, is fluent in Spanish and has a strong background in event planning. Almonte graduated from Hofstra University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in public relations.
