Raddon Client Service Gets High Marks
Client survey shows satisfaction high among MCIF clients
LOMBARD, Ill.--Raddon Financial Group (RFG), a provider of research-based solutions to financial institutions and a strategic business unit of Open Solutions Inc.®, recently conducted a client satisfaction survey. The survey results showed that 98 percent of RFG’s MCIF client base would recommend RFG to other financial institutions. In addition to giving RFG high marks on the survey, clients shared comments about their experiences with RFG, including:
“As a new iNTEGRATOR user, I called RFG’s support line constantly, sometimes multiple times a day. Everyone on the support team is so helpful, patient and knowledgeable,” said Stephanie Luk, MidCountry Bank.
“The level of service is probably the best that I have encountered among all organizations that I currently deal with. Our client service representative is probably the most knowledgeable individual I have ever been in contact with and is professional and forthcoming with his knowledge,” said Irene Cortinas, FirstLight Federal Credit Union.
“Not only did I say I would be likely to recommend Raddon to another financial institution, I have actually done it,” added Jason Christopherson, Royal Credit Union.
Contributing to RFG’s high client satisfaction level is a collaborative support structure through which RFG’s Strategic Advisors work individually with each client to apply research-based solutions to a client’s specific goals and objectives.
The client satisfaction survey was conducted online in November of 2008. RFG received 256 responses out of nearly 400 financial institutions surveyed. “We are very pleased with the high satisfaction marks again this past year. In 2008, we converted our iNTEGRATOR MCIF clients to a new release; the results of the survey justify the hard work our team put in to make a seamless transition. We thank our clients who continue to give us great feedback. Hopefully the results show that we are listening and we’re serious about service quality,” said Bob Dye, RFG’s general manager and chief operating officer.
RFG also deployed two new integrated modules in 2008: Leadbuilder™ and ActivityManager™, offering lead presentment and lead management capabilities to help RFG MCIF clients leverage their branch sales channel to drive retail sales.
