Leading Life Sciences Company Selects Cegedim Dendrite as SaaS CRM Solution Provider

PARIS--CEGEDIM DENDRITE, global leader in Customer Relationship Management for the life sciences industry, announces a five year agreement with a leading Biotechnology Company to provide the Mobile Intelligence SaaS CRM solution and OneKey healthcare professionals’ database to 1,500 users across 32 countries.

This Leading Biotechnology Company’s decision to deploy Mobile Intelligence for the majority of its markets comes after an intensive selection process where Cegedim Dendrite rivalled its main competitors: Verticals on Demand, Siebel/Oracle and Microsoft.

Mobile Intelligence will be deployed as a Software as a Service (SaaS) application powered by OneKey and supported by local 1^st and 2^nd line Helpdesk in all 32 countries. The majority of the countries’ deployments are already scheduled for autumn 2009.
