Product & Pricing Engine and Lead Management Solution Featured at MBA’s National Technology in Mortgage Banking Conference and Expo

Some of Marksman’s notable enhancements include the following:

- PMI Guidelines: Users will be able to make well-informed decisions by evaluating loan scenarios against all PMI guidelines.

- Live Investor Rate Statuses: ‘Traffic light indicators’ allow mortgage professionals to view the status of all investor rates in real-time.
- Increased Reporting and Statistic Tools: Both management and loan officers can benefit from expanded reporting features, such as the ability to see where individuals rank within each company according to prospect response time – report system rates loan officers from highest to lowest response times.
- Mobile Platform Functions: Marksman Mobile has been upgraded, providing additional modifications for mobile and non-mobile cross communications and a more user friendly look and feel.
