Kingspan achieve success with Leading Construction CRM software Project-SalesAchiever

 The task was to link all the functional departments, including marketing, sales, estimating and technical services, together with forecasting for production; from initial project identification, then throughout the design and specification, tendering and estimating processes, to a successful sale and system installation.

 

Therefore the management team embarked on an extensive review and evaluation of all of the possible CRM systems and suppliers that claimed they were able to provide this. They first had the potential suppliers present their proposals, then narrowed these down and arranged demonstrations. Finally they visited companies that had the short listed products installed, to get feedback and confirmation of the software capabilities first hand.  SalesAchiever and the Project-SalesAchiever® system were the clear winners.

Kingspan formed a project management team to oversee Project-SalesAchiever’s configuration to their business processes, followed by its installation and implementation throughout the organisation, this was successfully completed just over a year ago in 2006.
