CRM Magazine Recognizes Convergys as a Service Leader in Outsourcing for Third Consecutive Year

In making the award, CRM referred to Convergys’ strong customer satisfaction rating – scoring 4.5 out of 5 – and efforts to explore opportunities in Spanish-speaking markets.
