Former iCrossing CFO Michael Effinger Joins Growing Small Business CRM, Marketing Leader

PHOENIX--Infusion Software, the leading provider of CRM software for True Small Businesses, today announced the appointment of Michael Effinger as Chief Financial Officer.

Effinger joins Infusion Software from iCrossing Inc., an international online marketing company with over $100 million in revenue, where he served as CFO and Executive Vice President of Corporate Development. At iCrossing, Effinger oversaw numerous venture capital fundings totaling in excess of $100 million. He also led the legal and financial closing of four domestic and international strategic acquisitions. Prior to that, Effinger served as the CFO and Senior Vice President for Sunshine Media Inc., a national publisher and printer of specialty B2B trade magazines. There he led the improvement in financial management, budgeting, reporting and forecasting, resulting in increased profitability and operational efficiencies.

Earlier in his career, Effinger honed his financial management, M&A and operations skills over a 15-year period at growing companies across technology, manufacturing and services organizations including Lauber and Company, North Shore Computers, A-C Supply, Inc. and Move Inc., formerly Homestore.com. Among other roles, Effinger served as Division Vice President of Finance at Move Inc., Senior Financial Executive and Controller at A-C Supply Inc., Chief Financial Officer at North Shore Computer, and Vice President at Lauber and Company.

Effinger earned a Masters of Business Administration from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wis., and a Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Wisconsin.
