This installation of a Microsoft Dynamics CRM with Global Consultants and Services Limited (GCSL) enables initially 25 service professionals at GCSL, a fiduciary services provider based in Hong Kong, to compete with larger institutions by meeting the needs of a global clientele for a full range of services.
As a hosted service, GCSL can use the Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution together with a hosted Microsoft Exchange application immediately. The easy scalability of the WealthCraft installation lets GCSL integrate all customer service areas and provide the seamless, high quality tailored full range of services that fiduciary services customers increasingly expect.
