Quilogy Debuts Quilogy CRM JumpStart
Framework Provides Organizations Ability to Quickly and Cost-effectively Define and Implement a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solution

The CRM JumpStart framework allows organizations to quickly delineate and deploy a fully-functional CRM solution, allowing them to improve relationships with key customers, partners, and suppliers at low cost and turnaround time.
Quilogy offers two tiers of service for the framework (Silver and Gold), which allows customers to choose the services and components that fit their business needs. The Gold package offers three days spent onsite with clients’ executive team, management, and front-line employees to understand the business strategy and define requirements; the Silver package offers one day onsite to fulfill those needs. The Silver package allows customers to choose their area of focus between Sales/Marketing or Customer service, while the Gold package offers both. Quilogy will modify out-of-box forms for both tiers: up to 100 for Gold and up to 50 for Silver.
Quilogy will also assist in migrating contact and account data to the new CRM system for both Gold and Silver tiers. A standard set of reports for the selected focus area is provided for both tiers, with Gold members having three custom reports.
Finally, Quilogy offers basic system administration training and end-user training for up to 10 users for both Gold and Silver customers. Gold customers will also receive a DVD recording of the end-user training class for future reference.
