PRINCETON, N.J. --Princeton Softech, the market leader in enterprise data management, today announced the general availability of its Optim™ Siebel® Solution, Version 2.0, and the introduction of its Optim Siebel Solution for Test Data Management, Version 2.0. Princeton Softech provides expanded enterprise data management capabilities with the first and only test data management solution for Siebel sites. Test data management delivers comprehensive subsetting and intelligent data masking and transformation capabilities to help companies protect confidential data in the often overlooked application development and testing environments.

Optim’s test data management capabilities are now available for Siebel Call Center and Siebel Sales applications, Versions 7.5, 7.7 and 7.8. Siebel sites require valid, yet masked, test data for key types of personally identifiable information, and simple data transformation techniques are no longer sufficient to prevent data breaches. Optim’s new Data Transformation Library enables generating and propagating valid masked values for social security numbers (SSNs), credit card numbers and email addresses to protect privacy, while ensuring testing accuracy.
Enhanced archiving functionality now supports Version 7.8 of Siebel Call Center and Siebel Sales applications. Optim’s Archive Detailed Viewing provides integrated access to archived data in a single view from within a Siebel Workflow. Enhanced features ease tasks for installing and configuring the Optim Siebel Solution in any applications environment.
