Maynard, MA - April 4, 2007 - Longwood Software, developer of the TagTeam® marketing materials management system, announces TagTeam Auto Reports, a new capability that provides insight into key activities by sales teams and customers, and generates dynamic reports that enable decision makers to measure marketing and sales effectiveness. As a result, marketing and sales organizations can refine ecommerce programs, enhance sales support, and optimize promotional spending.

With TagTeam Auto Reports, sales and marketing managers receive actionable information about the performance of their demand-generation programs, sales teams, and distribution partners on a regularly-scheduled basis or on-demand at any time. This lets sales and marketing managers continuously tailor and target their initiatives based on actual customer interest and performance in the field, instead of anecdotes or outdated analyses.

The Auto Reports capability includes an easy-to-use wizard that helps users define the reports they want generated, schedule the frequency of reports to be automatically delivered, and identify to whom reports should be dispatched. If a user chooses, the report can be defined to show only selected information, and edited after it has been delivered.

The Auto Reports option is available immediately for customers of the TagTeam.com hosted software system.
