InvisibleCRM Begins Shipping SalesDesktop, Microsoft Outlook Integration for Salesforce

SAN MATEO, Calif.--InvisibleCRM, the technology provider of tools engineered to bridge the gap between enterprise and personal productivity applications, announced today the availability of their flagship product SalesDesktop. The new commercial version of SalesDesktop brings Microsoft Outlook integration with Salesforce CRM to a new level.

InvisibleCRM first announced the availability of the beta version of SalesDesktop at Dreamforce06, the salesforce.com global user and developer conference. SalesDesktop, the flagship solution of the InvisibleCRM suite, was a hit and attracted a number of InvisibleCRM customers to beta test the product. Today, after the successful evaluation by the InvisibleCRM user community, SalesDesktop is shipped to the market.

We are very excited about the commercial release of SalesDesktop, says Isaac Ogdan from Ogdan Emanuel. It is not only cool, but also brings solid business benefits for my company. Thanks to SalesDesktop I have all my critical sales data at hand and on my desktop.

SalesDesktop is a unique integration technology that melds corporate application functionality into personal productivity tools, says Vlad Voskresensky, InvisibleCRMs CEO. InvisibleCRMs innovative technologies enabled us to release the product that really works in offline, even with large data accounts, preserving native Microsoft Outlook experience. With this commercial release of SalesDesktop for Salesforce we start a new epoch of native Microsoft Outlook integration for the leading software vendors, he concludes.

SalesDesktop created a lot of buzz since its first successful demonstration at Dreamforce05 and has received considerable coverage from industry visionaries and analysts. Nucleus Research calculated the return on investment of SalesDesktop in its latest research note: A salesperson with a fully loaded annual cost of $80,000 per year would pay back a SalesDesktop investment after just the first five hours of time saved.

The other InvisibleCRM products for the Salesforce CRM, SalesFolder and SalesAlerts have already been successfully beta tested, AppExchange certified and shipped in October, 2006. SalesFolder, a document sharing and delivery system, allows users to organize and work with files locally, keeping both online and desktop file repositories up-to-date. SalesAlerts, a notification engine, keeps users updated on recent customer developments, new opportunities, closing dates, customer birthdays, and other important customer related information. The two applications now support Professional Edition and Microsoft Vista.

Besides integration tools for Salesforce InvisibleCRM has recently announced SmartFolder that provides transparent access to Documentum repositories via Windows folders, and other product developments for ISVs, based on InvisibleCRM technologies.
