Innovyx Enhances Dialogue 1to1™ with Release of Version 6.0
SEATTLE & NEW YORK--Innovyx (www.innovyx.com), an agency-focused e-mail marketing services firm and unit of Omnicom’s Star Marketing Group (www.starmsgroup.com), has released Dialogue 1to1 Version 6.0. Its offerings bolster the existing platform’s e-mail campaign applications and provide new features such as a bar code image generator, a Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) web services API and a fully-integrated Wiki.
Dialogue 1to1 now includes a bar code image generator designed to bring a new level of interactivity to client e-mail campaigns. This feature makes it possible to include a generic or personally customized barcode in outbound e-mails. The bar code generator can be used for in-store promotions or discounts and can provide personalized barcodes to minimize abuse of offers.
Tailored for agencies, the SOAP API introduced in Version 6.0 facilitates increased access to the platform and provides a new way to develop and launch applications. Client systems and Web sites can now directly manage subscriber records and can also trigger fully-customized, real-time messages. A new, fully-integrated Wiki replaces the existing main help section. A staple of Web 2.0 applications, the Wiki allows Innovyx operators and ASP customers to interact and share e-mail marketing knowledge, along with specific Dialogue 1to1 experiences.
Additional significant features, an improved poll system and more configurable headers, will augment client campaigns. The poll system now utilizes a secure, all-in-one polling mechanism with a simpler set up and greater security against erroneous answers and inappropriate voting. More configurable headers allows greater user customization of the “To” field and the subject test prefix to facilitate more personalized communications.
