Initial focus to be on Lean Manufacturing and Quality

Developed specifically for the owners, managers and employees of small manufacturers, the program will be spearheaded by Robert Wolinski, who was recently appointed as JobBOSS senior consultant. A certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Mr. Wolinski holds a Ph. D. in Computer Information Systems from Seattle University. His professional background includes significant manufacturing, operations, quality, engineering and IT leadership experience. As the newest member of the JobBOSS training team, Mr. Wolinksi will develop and implement training programs that leverage the company’s broad base of manufacturing experience. “Our software has always helped small manufacturers compete and win,” says Matt Heerey, professional services director for Exact JobBOSS. “Our decision to offer lean manufacturing, quality and other training programs is a natural extension of our commitment to our customers’ success.”
Classes will start in early March 2007 with seminars to be scheduled at key locations across the country. Focusing on the issues of most concern to small manufacturers, the classes are designed to provide immediate value. “We’re not just talking theory here,” says Wolinksi. “When our students get back to their shops, they’ll be able to immediately add real value to their employers’ bottom lines.”
