      Alliance Enables TDLinx and O4 Clients to Receive Up-To-Date Customer and Outlet Information in An Automated, Portable Device

      ATLANTA and WILTON, Conn.--May 9, 2006--O4 Corporation, a leading provider of mobile/wireless field sales and merchandising solutions for the consumer goods industry, today announced that it has joined the TDLinx Enabled Program, enabling the O4 Field Operations Solution to receive TDLinx's Location Information Management(TM) (LIM) content. TDLinx is the premier source of retail and on-premise channel information.

      TDLinx, a pioneer in Location Information Management, provides its solution for the world's largest consumer goods companies. The new alliance with O4 enables TDLinx clients to deliver up-to-date customer/outlet information in an automated, portable fashion for more effective call execution resulting in more customer-facing time for their sales forces.

      The alliance also enables TDLinx LIM data into a cutting-edge field solution. "With their enhanced U.S. presence, O4 will be instrumental in quickly extending TDLinx LIM to the field representatives at a number of existing and new clients.       Specifically, as a third party processor on behalf of joint clients, O4 Corporation will integrate TDLinx data directly into the clients' applications. This can occur in one of two ways - directly from TDLinx to O4's database server, or directly from TDLinx to other customer systems including ERP, CRM data warehouse, etc. and then to O4.

      Common coding with data integration is the foundation to build cross-company applications between manufacturers, suppliers, retailers, on-premise operators and the companies that serve them.
