KANA Software Completes Acquisition of eVerganceMENLO PARK, Calif.--KANA Software, Inc. (OTCBB: KANA.OB), a world leader in multi-channel customer service, today announced that it has completed its acquisition of eVergance Partners, LLC, a management consulting and systems integration firm offering end-to-end consulting services for CRM optimization, knowledge management, and Web self-service deployments. With the completion of this transaction, eVergance will operate as an independent subsidiary of KANA.
