Firm to Distribute ASC Communications Recording and Quality Monitoring Solutions in South Africa and Surrounding Nations

Hoesbach/Germany, May 2, 2007 – ASC (www.asctelecom.com), a leading global provider of innovative solutions to record, analyze and evaluate communications, today announced a new partnership with integrITy Communications, a division of integrITy Engineering, Ltd. (ITE), a system management firm in South Africa. ITE provides and oversees the entire I.T. infrastructure for its clients.

IntegrITy will supply ASC communications recorders and quality assurance software to financial institutions, public safety organizations, contact centers and air traffic control rooms. The prospective customer base also includes mining houses, security firms, health insurance companies and various government departments.

ITE is currently planning an in-house marketing department with specialized personnel to promote ASC products and other company solutions. The department is needed because of the firm’s rapid growth.
