CHICAGO--When Chicago’s Tony Chiodo set out with colleagues Manny Buigas in Miami and Kelly Hummel in St. Louis to create a cutting-edge new technology consulting firm, the Chicago-based founding partner of AXIS Integrated Solutions (www.axisintegratedsolutions.com) knew he was onto something big.
