Mr. Chandak is scheduled to speak on Thursday, March 13 from 3:30 4:30 pm and then again on Friday, March 14 from 1:00 2:00 pm.

The presentation titled Applying Microsoft SharePoint to Solve Business Problems shares best practices, strategies and real-world customer examples on how companies are reaping high impact business productivity returns by integrating Microsoft CRM with Microsoft SharePoint Server and Microsoft Office products.

Mr. Chandak will be presenting four different customer scenarios:

1. Employing Microsoft SharePoint Portal to provide sales recognition and visibility using information contained in Microsoft CRM.

2. Using Microsoft SharePoint to allow teams to collaborate on complex sales and provide workflow for legal approvals.

3. Generating a 360 degree view of customers from information contained in Microsoft CRM, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and other third party systems.

4. Automating complex compensation plans using data from Microsoft Dynamics ERP and presentation and computation from SharePoint Excel Services.
