NEWTON, Mass.--July 24, 2006--Questex Media Group's ICCM Conference & Expo today announced that nearly 20 new exhibitors have committed to participate at this year's event. For nearly 20 years the ICCM Conference & Expo has been the annual gathering place for the global contact center community and will be held August 14-16 at Chicago's Navy Pier.

"In addition to the number of returning exhibitors, this year's event is attracting a significant number of new exhibitors. The interest in the event reflects the excitement surrounding the contact center industry as well as the quality of the overall program," commented Suzanne Graf, event director at Questex Media Group.

-- David G. Thomson, author of the recently released "Blueprint to a Billion: 7 Essentials to Achieve Exponential Growth." Thomson's presentation will take place on Tuesday, August 15 from 8:15 a.m. - 9:15 a.m.

-- Philip Grosch, partner, IBM Global Business Services, will discuss "The Customer Focused Enterprise: A Look at CRM through a New Lens." Grosch's presentation will take place on Wednesday, August 16 from 8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
