Expanding IT Company to hold Recruitment Evening. |

Leading UK independent CRM specialist Concentrix will use a recruitment event in mid-April to help fill a variety of positions.
The company hopes to attract people interested in roles in sales, marketing, software development and support. All positions will be based at Concentrix head offices in Mountsorrel, Leicestershire, and most of the jobs are new positions created in line with the expansion plans of the company. Concentrix is holding the recruitment evening to give potential employees the opportunity to find out about the jobs, have a look around the company and talk to existing staff. Deirdre Coulthard, Concentrix HR Manager said “We’re holding the recruitment evening so we can meet people in a more relaxed manner than a formal interview. Many candidates prefer this approach, and for us it provides a good starting point in the recruitment process”. Concentrix moved to new premises in 2006, and the company is keen to show prospective staff how they operate. “Concentrix is a highly professional environment to work in”, continues Coulthard “holding a recruitment evening is a great way for potential employees to get to know us and see how we work.” The announcement comes soon after Concentrix acquired Taylor Made Technology, one of the largest suppliers of IT solutions in the East Midlands. This more than doubled the number of Concentrix staff to 47. Ian Dawkins, Managing Director of Concentrix comments, “It’s an exciting time for the business.
