New solution allows companies to cost-effectively roll out e-Synergy to the entire organization, empowering employees to manage HR information and requests

An extension of e-Synergy’s HRM functionality, ESS provides a secure Web portal for employees to centrally manage human resources administration, enabling organizations to streamline processes, increase access to information and reduce HR-related paperwork and costs.

ESS is a portal solution based on Exact e-Synergy that is designed to get employees, from the corner office to the shop floor, more involved in the HR process. ESS provides capabilities for employees to communicate, share documents, enter timekeeping records and access policies, procedures and other HR-related information within e-Synergy. Users also have access to seven workflow request types, including vacation requests and expense claim approvals. By empowering employees to easily locate information and initiate and manage processes, ESS reduces paperwork and other administrative inefficiencies, saving companies time and money. The self-service aspect of the system also deflects repetitive inquiries regarding benefits, holidays, etc., freeing HR staff to focus on more strategic activities.
