Dabbah brings 12 years of sales and marketing expertise to Lyris and was previously Vice President of Business Development for Uptilt, a developer of hosted CRM solutions, where he played a key role in product development, branding, and sales strategy for the company's automated sales solution. Dabbah studied communications at Cal State Fullerton.

Ken Magill is editor-at-large for DIRECT and Multichannel Merchant, covering online marketing and related subjects for the magazines and e-newsletters, including the weekly Magilla Marketing. Magill was the founding editor of iMarketing News, a newspaper devoted to online marketing, serving from its inception in 1999 until 2002. He has also served as an editor and columnist at DM News and as business editor of The New York Sun.
 
Before beginning work as a direct marketing journalist, Magill co-owned Cigars-in-Stock Supermailer, a DM co-op aimed at delivering advertising from cigar vendors to new retailers. He's also been a direct marketing copywriter and freelance reporter.
