Highlights New Communications Technologies

NEW YORK--Avaya CEO Lou DAmbrosio joined other top leaders in technology in San Francisco on July 12th & 13th for FORTUNEs first-ever iMEME: Thinkers of Tech Conference. Avaya was a major corporate sponsor of the invitation-only event which brought together a select group of influentials and innovators in technology to discuss digital evolution and its impact on the worlds of commerce and culture.

iMEME was comprised of a mix of keynote presentations and panels on a wide variety of tech topics. DAmbrosio participated as a panelist for a discussion entitled, iMEME: Communicate: Who Moves the Bits? During the panel, DAmbrosio said automating communications to better serve customers, often described as Communications Enabled Business Process or CEBP, is an idea that is rapidly gaining acceptance among tech-savvy business leaders.
