Teradata Names Market Leader Awards for Best Practices in Data Warehouse-Driven Customer ManagementWinners Include Leading Companies in Banking, Retail and Telecommunications DAYTON, Ohio--Teradata (NYSE:TDC), the global leader in enterprise data warehousing, has announced winners of its first Teradata Market Leader Awards for outstanding business results using Teradata Customer Management applications running on the Teradata Warehouse. Winners across four categories were selected by an independent group of customer relationship management (CRM) experts from Harvard University, Baylor University and Yankee Group, an information technology analyst firm. Award winners were chosen by scoring company submissions based on overall business impact as well as best practices in the alignment of people, processes, information and technology for the purpose of efficient and effective customer management. The winners in each category:
