Onyx CRM Edges Out Oracle and SAP in Enterprise CRM Category

Consona CRM, a worldwide leader in total customer management for the enterprise, today announced that the members of Sift Media’s online communities awarded Onyx CRM with a 2007 Business Software Satisfaction Award in the Enterprise CRM category.
The Sift Media Business Software Satisfaction Awards were established to reward high standards from software application providers serving UK and other European businesses. In 2006, the Awards were issued to vendors of accounting and tax software applications. In 2007, Sift Media honored 19 software firms across the business disciplines of accounting and finance; human resources; training; and CRM/customer management.
The CRM-class winners were unveiled on MyCustomer.com, Sift Media’s online CRM service. The results were based on the views of almost 2,000 members of Sift Media's online professional communities: MyCustomer.com, AccountingWEB.co.uk, FinanceWeek.co.uk, BusinessZone.co.uk, UK Business Forums, TrainingZone, HRZone and KnowledgeBoard.com. Survey participants, as well as resellers who had implemented the systems, were asked to rate their systems in different functional categories.
Members of these leading online communities ranked Onyx CRM as the top solution in the Enterprise CRM category over both Oracle and SAP.
