FTS Selected as Finalist for 2 Billing World Excellence Awards at Show

Boca Raton, Florida | April 10, 2007 — FTS (LSE: FTS), a global provider of Business Control, Billing & CRM solutions for communications service providers, has announced it will be speaking at the forthcoming Billing and OSS World event, which takes places from Wednesday 25 to Thursday 26 April 2007 in Chicago.  FTS has also been selected as finalist for two Billing World Excellence Awards, which will be announced at the show.

FTS will be presenting its market leading Leap™ Billing RC (RevChain), a carrier grade, next generation billing and CRM solution for the North American market. Installed at a large number of communication providers, it enables next generation services with high flexibility and outstanding configurability. The company will also be presenting its business control solution – Leap Business Control Engine (Leap BCE) – a groundbreaking innovation, enabling operators to create a new paradigm in customer-provider relationship. The solution enables real-time provider-customer interaction introducing new revenue opportunities and increasing overall customer satisfaction.

Yair M. Sakov, Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at FTS will present a session called “Empowering your customers to self-manage and provision services in real time”.  Based on providers’ case studies, the session will outline why it is important to create real-time control of every facet of the customer’s service-related interaction.  Attendees will be able to see the ROI potential in business control and how deploying such a solution results in increased revenues, reduced OPEX, and increased retention.

Business Control Layer is a software layer in a service provider’s infrastructure which resides between the network/OSS and BSS allowing providers to dynamically and in real-time adapt network or service behavior, at the customer level, in order to increase revenues and improve customer experience.

FTS is finalist for the ‘Achievement in Innovation’ award as well as the ‘Most Promising Company’ award, both of which will be presented at the show.  FTS was chosen as a finalist by a panel of industry experts who reviewed dozens of companies in the sector before choosing FTS.  The awards will be presented at a black-tie event hosted by the organizers of Billing and OSS World on 25 April 2007.
