Aplicor Receives CRM Excellence Award Fifth Year in a Row

BOCA RATON, Fla.--Aplicor, Inc., a global provider of on-demand CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) hosted business software applications, today received the 2008 CRM Excellence Award from Technology Marketing Corporation's (TMC®) Customer Interaction Solutions® magazine. This award marks the fifth consecutive CRM Excellence recognition.

Aplicor has demonstrated to the editors of Customer Interaction Solutions that their products and services have substantially improved the processes of their clients businesses by streamlining and facilitating the flow of information needed for companies to retain their most precious asset...their customers, said Nadji Tehrani, founder and chairman of TMC, publishers of Customer Interaction Solutions.

The Ninth Annual CRM Excellence Award winners were chosen on the basis of their products' ability to help extend and expand the customer relationship to become all encompassing, covering the entire enterprise and the entire lifetime of the customer. The CRM Excellence Award is based on hard data, including facts and numbers demonstrating the improvements that the winners product has made in client businesses. Customer Interaction Solutions has been the premier publication in the CRM, call center and teleservices industries since 1982.

Aplicor CEO Chuck T. Schaeffer, responded to the award notification, "We have tremendous experience and demonstrated results that have been validated by customers and recognized by the industry. Our primary business achievement indicators have always been our clients quantifiable successes. Our own sustained business value is realized not just by client acquisitions and financial growth, but through our clients achievements in meeting or exceeding their CRM objectives, their desire to increase and extend Aplicors software utilization in their organizations and their willingness to serve as testaments to Aplicors value proposition."

Aplicor will be featured in the May 2008 issue of Customer Interactions Solutions magazine.
