Aggregate Knowledge Named Cool Vendor by Leading Analyst Firm

Vendors Selected for the Cool Vendor Report are Innovative, Impactful and Intriguing

SAN MATEO, Calif.--Aggregate Knowledge, the leader in Discovery, has been included in the list of cool vendors in the Cool Vendors in CRM Sales, 2008 report by Ed Thompson, Michael Dunne and Gene Alvarez published March 24, 2008 by Gartner, Inc.

The report stated, Few consumers trust suppliers claims on their Web sites and seek advice from friends, family and reviews from other customers. Behavior recommendations and social network advocacy add value for confidence-building in areas where people may not have traditionally turned to online shopping. Some more-progressive companies have deployed this on their e-commerce sites, but most find that it costs too much; therefore, only a few cool vendors with sufficient budgets were able to pursue this capability.

We are honored to be named a cool vendor by Gartner, said Paul Martino, CEO and founder of Aggregate Knowledge. It is very exciting to read a story about your favorite March Madness team and see a discovery ad with the tickets and merchandise that people are buying or even not-so-obvious things such as an article on what to do in San Antonio. Thats the power of discovery and thats why companies are joining the Pique Discovery Network to get their products discovered by more than 100 million people a month.

Aggregate Knowledge Pique Discovery Network offerings enable customers to leverage real-time consumer interest into their advertising and marketing campaigns. Pique Discovery offerings enable customers to deliver highly-targeted product and content placements based on what other people are actually doing, anonymously and in aggregate, across the web. Aggregate Knowledge delivers more than 1 billion product and content placements a month to more than 100 million people. Companies joining the Pique Discovery Network include The Washington Post, CBS Mobile, BusinessWeek, LA Times, The Health Central Network, SmartBargains, ShopLocal, Sony Style, Delightful Deliveries and Vinfolio.
