Troy Garrison Joins I.B.I.S., Inc. as Managed Services Director to Increase
the Value of Service Offerings for Clients

NORCROSS, Ga.--I.B.I.S., Inc. announced today the addition of infrastructure management guru Troy Garrison to serve as Managed Services Director. The goals and focus of I.B.I.S.’ Managed Services Practice are changing to better accommodate clients technical service needs. IT Care, one of two primary service offerings, will continue to provide network monitoring, help-desk support, remote management, on-site emergency support, and technical planning and advisory; additionally moving into the design, deployment and management of virtualized server platforms for Microsoft Dynamics GP, Dynamics CRM and Development clients. These changes have lead to the addition of Garrison.

Troy Garrison’s background consists of directing Professional Services for Data Return (recently acquired by Terremark) for the past three and a half years, after several years of directing Product Development for them. Data Return was a Microsoft Dynamics GP customer, with a specialty in hosting and managing Dynamics GP and Dynamics CRM within their own data center and in their clients’ environment. Garrison has been responsible for developing technology standards, database and content management, collaboration, application server and commerce application design and development for nearly a decade, and has been working with Microsoft technologies since the early 90’s. Garrison’s Microsoft knowledge and involvement runs even deeper as he served as a Microsoft Partner Advisory Council (PAC) member for four years.
