Neocase Names CRM Industry Veteran Tara Ryan Senior Vice President of Worldwide Marketing
SAN FRANCISCO--July 20, 2006--Neocase, a global leader in collaborative customer operations for CRM, today announced that Tara Ryan has joined the company as senior vice president of worldwide marketing. Ryan joins Neocase, an established European leader in CRM, as part of its growth strategy for the on-demand and U.S. markets.

Ryan brings more than 15 years of experience in managing strategic, global marketing programs for technology businesses, and has extensive expertise in the CRM industry. Ryan will lead Neocase's global marketing efforts, focusing on building the company's presence in the U.S. market and managing channel marketing efforts.

Before Ketera, she was senior vice president at NetSuite, makers of an on-demand integrated ERP, CRM and eCommerce software suite. At NetSuite, she led strategic development and implementation of all product marketing, public relations, analyst relations and marketing communications. NetSuite experienced extraordinary sales growth and success in the SMB market through her marketing efforts, as she provided branding, pricing, strategy and all demand generation for the company. Prior to NetSuite, Ryan oversaw global marketing initiatives for Commerce One, Inc., and managed global marketing while at Deloitte Consulting, McAfee.com, Network Associates and Oracle.
