Maria’s primary responsibilities at Optima are to develop new business and alliance programs domestically and internationally in the financial, insurance, utilities, and travel vertical sectors. Maria has tremendous amount of experience in providing telemarketing, integrated direct marketing and multicultural marketing solutions. She joins Optima with an extensive background in business development strategy in teleservices and direct marketing and had worked as vice president of business development at a top 50 teleservice provider. Some of her previous roles include business development, establishing alliance programs, consulting and strategic client services manager at major teleservice and direct marketing companies. She has successfully assisted Fortune 500 companies to strategies and grow within their vertical and in the new emerging market space. Maria is based in Washington, DC.
