(NASDAQ: MNST), today announced the appointment of Linda Soldatos as Senior Vice President, Customer Relationship Management (CRM). In her new role, Ms. Soldatos will direct Monster's CRM strategic business plan, working closely with sales and marketing to drive Monster's customer acquisition, growth and retention efforts.

Prior to joining Monster, Ms. Soldatos held several management positions at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co in Small Business and Credit Card. She most recently served as SVP, Chief Marketing Officer for Chase's Small Business Unit, where she implemented customer life-cycle management across the bank's channels and products. Before joining Chase, Ms. Soldatos was a Risk Analyst at Citibank Mastercard/Visa. She has also held positions at J.P. Morgan and Smith Barney. A graduate of Iona College with a bachelor's degree in Economics, Ms. Soldatos holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Fordham University, and an MBA in Finance from New York University's Stern School of Business.
