Former Intelliworks Customer Brings Higher Ed Expertise, 25 Years of Experience to Company
ROCKVILLE, Md.--Intelliworks, Inc., the leader in customer relationship management (CRM) solutions for higher education, today announces the addition of Mickey Maros as general manager, strategic accounts practice. Maros brings more than 25 years of executive management, technology development and implementation experience to Intelliworks. Most recently, Maros served as executive director of Florida Atlantic University (FAU) College of Business executive programs where he led the implementation of Intelliworks’ CRM solution.

At Intelliworks, Maros will oversee a proactive, customer-focused team of engineering, quality assurance, and professional services employees, leading them to provide the highest caliber of customer service. He is tasked with delivering solutions, increasing customer input and two-way communication, and continuing to provide customized support for Intelliworks customers.

For the previous five years, Maros served as executive director of FAU’s College of Business Executive Programs department. Maros’ efforts at building FAU’s brand and expanding offerings to include an extensive selection of continuing education courses culminated with the recent groundbreaking of the Office Depot Center for Executive Education. Maros holds a BS in management from Indiana University.
