Retail and Supply Chain Industry Veteran to Help Drive Continued Growth for Leading Provider of SMB Business Management Solutions

DULLES, Va.--Everest Software, Inc. (Everest), a leading provider of award-winning business management solutions for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), today announced the appointment of Dawn Andre to the newly-created position of vice president, customer operations. Ms. Andre brings over 17 years of extensive software and retail industry experience to the company, and will report to President and CEO Edwin Miller.

She brings a successful track record with industry leaders like Procter & Gamble and Manugistics of enabling collaboration between retail trading partners of all sizes on key business functions to gain competitive advantage. Her experience in building quality professional services organizations spanning solution implementation, training and customer support will also help our rapidly-growing client base gain more immediate, bottom-line benefits from our Business Operating System.

Ms. Andre will be responsible for all customer care operations worldwide, with primary focus on representing client requirements in support of the development and delivery of the next generation of Everest Advanced, the companys fully-integrated software solution for eCommerce, CRM and inventory and expense management. In this key management role, she will lead the companys professional services and customer support teams in the U.S. and India to ensure a consistent, responsive client experience for both on-site and on-demand implementations.

Prior to joining Everest, Ms. Andre was general manager of global client services and vice president of Americas services at Agentrics, LLC, formerly Worldwide Retail Exchange, where she managed all customer-facing services, programs and resources to provide a consistent, high-quality client experience globally in support of the worlds top-25 retailers and thousands of their trading partners, including SMBs.

Previously, Ms. Andre served as vice president of strategic solutions and alliances for Manugistics Corporation, where she assembled the services team responsible for developing the strategic e-business vision for the company. Her six-year tenure included experience in retail industry solution marketing, consulting, training for clients and partners, building channel partner and alliance programs, and establishing industry-specific vertical solutions and services. She began her career at Procter & Gamble as a field product supply manager, gaining valuable retail operations and systems experience as she streamlined leading national retailer supply chains in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.

Ms. Andre holds a BS in Supply Chain and Information Systems from Penn State University and was the 2005 recipient of the Smeal College of Business Supply Chain and Information Systems Professional of the Year Award in recognition of her outstanding career and service achievements.
