ATLANTA--AMERICAN SYSTEMS today announced the appointment of Joseph Sisto to the position of CRM Solutions practice director. A recognized expert in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Sisto will further strengthen the consulting capabilities of AMERICAN SYSTEMS’ Enterprise Consulting Group.

Sisto brings to his new position more than 25 years’ experience in information technology, Customer Relationship Management, strategy and planning. He has expertise in a variety of industries, including healthcare, retail, hospitality, manufacturing and telecommunications, where he has delivered solutions that streamline and measurably improve business operations. Prior to joining AMERICAN SYSTEMS, Sisto spearheaded strategic CRM and Help Desk initiatives as principal at The North Highland Company and as Vice President and Principal at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young.
Sisto graduated from Illinois Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Management and earned a Master of Arts in Psychology from Argosy University.
